Achieve a greater monthly rental income with a 2 month security deposit by offering your property to our vetted Relocation Clients (companies, government & individuals) who are looking for serviced / temporary accommodation (generally for 1- 6 months).

We guarantee and agree to pay you a rental income for your property that is in the region of 10% to 20% higher than normal achievable property rental income. We can normally guarantee this for a 12 to 24 month period but we can look at shorter trial periods if preferred.

We could also offer you the option to receive rent whether the property is let or empty.

At the outset of letting your property to us a detailed inventory is taken and we provide 3 way security to ensure your property is returned in the same or better condition at the end of the agreed term. Your property is also 20 point checked every month to ensure standards are kept- one of the great advantages of letting via our relocation services.

IF YOU WILL BE SELLING YOUR PROPERTY WITHIN THE NEXT 2 YEARS but right now, you need to max your income to cover nursing home costs or other miscellaneous expenses we can offer OUR “Advance rental income OPTIONs” where we can double your rental income.

To make this possible you would simply need to agree (via your solicitors) that all AGREED excess rental income paid to you will be discounted off the agreed sale/purchase price.

If preferred, we could offer an option where the excess rental isn’t taken off the agreed price but this would normally require a lower agreed purchase price.
